Biography

David Fratianne has been a registered architect for over 22 years. He earned his undergraduate and masters degrees in architecture from Ohio State University, where he has also taught first year design.

 

David moved to New York City in 1989 and worked for Gwathmey Siegel and Associates, primarily on the Guggenheim Museum restoration project. In addition, David was the project associated on a large scale 120,000 square foot interior renovation for MTV's headquarters in Times Square, working for the firm Architecture and Furniture. 

 

David Fratianne Architect PLLC (DFA) was established in 1996, and has done work on residential interiors and commmercial, retail, and restaurtant projects. The firm prides itself on creating unique spaces for clients, with a wide range of styles that represent the clients aesthetic and functional needs. Each projects is studied carefully balancing the client's requirements and budget with the design sensibility that DFA can offer, creating innovative and cohesive projects.
